M’nong elephant worship in DaK Lak

A ceremony took place on March 11 in Ban Don district, Dak Lak province, to pray for elephants’ health and the mahouts' safety and prosperity.

The elephant, a big asset, plays an important role in M’Nong people’s cultural life. They consider the elephant a member of the community and its life follows M’nong custom
