Genetica Company signed a strategic collaboration agreement with American International Hospital.

The technology of Genetica Co. is confirmed to be at least 99 percent precise, able to process at most 5,760 samples per week.

This new technology, which applies AI in decoding genes, is developed by Doctor of Computing Science Cao Anh Tuan from Cornell University and other scientists from famous US universities who all have more than 10 years experience in researching on genes.

According to Dr. Cao Anh Tuan, CEO of Genetica Co. in Vietnam, to fulfill his dream of adding the Vietnamese genes into the international map of the human genome, he decided to introduce to Vietnam the technology to apply AI into gene decoding. This Genetica technology is also a scientific combination between the data of Asian people and AI, approved by IIumina, the leading organization in gene decoding.

The process of decoding genes helps human beings better understanding themselves in order to form the optimal nurturing plan for the future generations, especially regarding the physical aspect so as to prevent potential diseases like cancer

Via this cooperation, Dr. Cao Anh Tuan hopes that the Vietnamese, and in general the Asian, will have their own gene map.

Normally, the analysis of gene is through the use of DNA (Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid) existing in human cells to identify hereditary factors like potential, constitution, nutrition, disease risks.

However, the Genetica technology does not need human blood for this task. Instead, it depends on one specialized tool called Saliva Collection Kit to collect and preserve saliva samples. These are then sent to the US for analysis and gene decoding in many laboratories of the Center of Advanced Technologies in the California University, sited in San Francisco.

This sample collection process is strictly monitored, following various criteria of the above center. After 6 to 8 weeks, the result of the gene decoding will be delivered to users.

In the signing ceremony, Genetica Co. also officially signed another strategic collaboration agreement with American International Hospital and formal distributors of Genetica in Vietnam, including D-Fit Ltd. Co. and Thanh Chan Genetica Joint Stock Co.

They intend to offer 4 services of Genetica 137 Gene Codes to create a nurturing and education plan for children, Genetica 77 Gene Codes to customize physical exercises for individuals, Genetica 85 Gene Codes to customize a suitable diet, and Genetica 97 Gene Codes to screen 18 popular hereditary cancers in Asia.
