Touring for fireworks contest

VietNamNet Bridge – The central coast city of Danang will organize its yearly international fireworks display contest on the evenings of March 27 and 28 as part of a tourism promotion program.

Tour operators have already added the event to their tourism programs for international visitors.

Ben Thanh Tourist has a three-day tour to attractions in Danang and neighboring Quang Nam Province with a stay at the Green Hotel in Danang City for a good view of the fireworks contest. This tour departs on March 26.

Teams from the U.S., Japan, France and Danang will put on a modern fireworks display to various music. This third international fireworks contest in Danang has gained the attention of so many international tourists that they are booking tours earlier than ever before to ensure choice views of the bright displays.

Guests who book the tour early can stay at the Green Hotel, enjoy dinner at the 20th Restaurant and see the fireworks from up close.

Danang City is planning music, exhibitions and boat races along the Han River during the contest.

There will also be sight seeing activities in Danang and Quang Nam. The Danang City tour will be arranged on the first day when tourists arrive from HCMC by air.

The second day explores the World Heritage sites of Hoi An and My Son in Quang Nam Province where visitors will have time to relax on Cua Dai Beach in the afternoon before returning to Danang to see the fireworks.

The third day is to visit Linh Ung Pagoda, Tang Chon Cave, Non Nuoc Fine Art Village and other attractions in Danang City before the return to HCMC.

Visitors can book the free and easy tour for VND3 million.
