VietNamNet Bridge – A new research centre for the Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute will be built in the central city of Da Nang.

The Da Nang authorities agreed to allocate 10.5 hectares of land, which is located next to the city’s future hi-tech park in Hoa Son commune, Hoa Vang district, to the Vietnam Atomic Energy Institute.

The new centre of the institute will have several laboratories, production and service zones, observatory stations and other facilities.

The institute is developing training programmes and has sent its experts abroad for training to prepare the human resources for this new centre.

The institute is based in Hanoi.
