VietNamNet Bridge – FPT Software, a subsidiary of the FPT Group, has just recruited its 2,000th employee to become one of the top 50 employers of Vietnam.
FPT Software is one of the largest software development firms in Asia and the Pacific rim with 2006 revenue of US$16.5 million. It is the Microsoft Gold-certificated Partner and the winner of CMMI5, ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 27001: 2005 and BS7799-2:2002 certificates.
The firm’s 2,000 employees are working in Hanoi (66%), Da Nang (10%), HCM City (20%), Japan, Singapore, and Malaysia.
Aiming at global expansion, FPT plans to recruit 5,000 employees by the end of 2008 to serve the markets of Japan, the US, Europe, Asia and the Pacific.
