Tran Quang Duy, 20, distributed leaflets and placed advertisements in newspapers advertising Singapore Tiger Airways low-cost air tickets.

His service persuaded customers to register for Tiger Airways budget flights via his website with personal credit card information. He then accessed the airlines’ website to buy tickets.

Customers provided their credit information on his website and he used the information to later access the customers’ bank accounts and transfer money into his own, said police.

Police said he had successfully stolen money in such a way for a long time and mostly focused on foreigners.
