Contracts worth VND70bil signed at Techmart Hoa Binh 2006

VietNamNet - As many as 31 contracts and Memorandums of Understanding worth VND 68.8 billion were signed at the three-day Northern Mountainous Region’s Equipment and Technology Technology Fair, dubbed Techmart Hoa Binh 2006, in Hoa Binh province.

The fair attracted the participation of 145 units, including 19 departments, 16 research institutes, 8 universities, 23 centres and associations and 74 enterprises.

They offered technologies and equipment, technical solutions and services in different fields such as farm produce processing, minerals mining and processing industries, environmental protection, mechanisation, automation, information technology, electronics and telecommunications.

This was the first time a Techmart was organised in the northern mountainous region. It helped promote and enhance the linkage between researches, training and production and trading, thus contributing to quick and sustainable socio-economic development.
