VN professor elected to WVS's scientific consultation council

Professor Pham Minh Hac from the Institute for Human Studies of the National Centre for Social Sciences and Humanities has been elected to the scientific consultation council of the World Values Survey Association (WVS) for the 2004-2008 term.

 

The election was made at the WVS's general assembly meeting in Budapest, Hungary, recently.

 

The Institute for Human Studies has represented Vietnam at the WVS since 2001. 

 

The WVS conducts a worldwide investigation into sociocultural and political change. Its membership includes 81 countries and territories.
