VietNamNet Bridge – A huge football will arrive in the port city of Hai Phong on November 21 to collect more signatures to support the U23 football team at the upcoming SEA Games in Laos.

Hai Phong will be one of the two last stops of this record breaking ball.

One million signatures for U23 football squad

After four months, the giant ball has had nearly 700,000 signatures on its body, after stops in An Giang, Da Nang, HCM City and Hanoi.

In Hai Phong, famous singers like Phuong Thanh, Ho Quynh Huong, Hoang Bach, Hoang Hai and Luu Huong Giang will sign the ball and meet with the U23 team.

On December 1, the ball will travel to the central city of Vinh, the final destination in the trans-Vietnam trip to get 1 million signatures.

The ball (6m in diameter, 1.2 tonnes in weight) will go to Laos with the U23 national squad.

This programme, called “For Vietnam’s football heart”, is co-organised by Boss Paint and the Vietnam Football Federation.
