VietNamNet – The Judging Council will start cross-examining proceedings for the murder of Dung Ha today, September 16. This is one day earlier than announced.

The proceedings started after completing formalities on September 15, such as the announcement of the given crime, names of the accused and results of the court’s first instance.

The court will pay special attention to the case since Nguyen Xuan Truong and Nguyen Tuan Hai present different testimonies about the instigator of the murder. According to Truong, the instigator is Tong Viet Hoa, while Hai believes it is Nam Cam.
