Mexican labour party leader hopes for increased ties with VN

VietNamNet Bridge - Mexico’s Labour Party (PT) General Secretary Alberto Anaya hoped for further cooperation between Viet Nam and Mexico in the sectors of the two countries’ strength.

The leader made the remark at a working session with a Communist Party of Viet Nam (CPV) delegation led by CPV Central Committee’s Commission for Mass Mobilisation Vice Chairman Dinh Huu Cuong.

The Vietnamese delegation delivered to the PT General Secretary a letter from the CPV leaders inviting him to visit Viet Nam.

The CPV delegation was in Mexico to attend an international conference on parties and a new society, held in Mexico City between March 13-15.

Participants to the conference highly appreciated Viet Nam ’s achievements in socio-economic development and national defence under the leadership of the Communist Party of Viet Nam as well the CPV’s experience in building close relations with the masses.
