Vietnamese competitor beaten at Miss Asia 2005

Vietnamese Nguyen Hong Ha, voted as ‘online Miss Asia 2005’ by 90% of votes, did not get a place at the contest.

 

Miss Asia 2005 concluded last night, with first going to China’s Kitty Wang, followed by Korea’s Hong In Young, and Hong Kong’s Anna Zhai in third.

 

Vietnamese Nguyen Hong Ha, voted as ‘online Miss Asia 2005’ by 90% of votes, did not get a place. Previously, Hong Ha shocked the jury and local press after revealing a tattoo on her back in the swimsuit round on September 30.

 

20-year-old Kitty Wang who won the title was predicted to win. Ms Wang also won the ‘Perfect Body Award’ and ‘Potential Actress Award’.
