VietNamNet Bridge – Hanoi traffic police are looking for a man in suit who walked out from his car to urinate near the border fence near Huynh Thuc Khang Street in Hanoi on Tuesday afternoon (Feb. 23).

Xuan Pham on Tuesday posted on Facebook three photos featuring a man who stepped out of a car and then calmly pissed on the busy street. Xuan Pham caption said the road was Thuc Khang Street and the incident occurred in front of the headquarters of the Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group, Hanoi.

The photos were quickly shared among netizens.

Many people strongly criticized the man in the pictures. They surmised that the man was drunk or could not control himself after drinking a lot of beer.

The Hanoi traffic police agency is searching for a man to punish him for stopping his car on the road. If he were drunk, the punishment should be very heavy.

Under the current regulations, those who urinate at public sites are fined VND300,000 ($15).
