Secretatary of the Da Nang Municipal Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Anh has been found to hold “main responsibility” for multiple violations by the Da Nang Party Committee’s Standing Board during the tenure 2015-2020.

His actions caused division and affected the solidarity and unity in the Standing Board of the Party Committee.

Meanwhile, Vice Secretary of the Da Nang Party Committee and Chairman of the municipal People’s Committee Huynh Duc Tho also shouldered blame for violations committed by the Party Committee’s Standing Board.

Tho is held accountable for violations in land and urban management.
