Over 4,200 students receive Vu A Dinh scholarships

Ms. Truong My Hoa, former Vice President  and President of Vu A Dinh Foundation

VietNamNet Bridge - Over 4,200 pupils and students have been awarded Vu A Dinh scholarships since early this year.

This figure was released at a conference on July 8, which reviewed activities of the Vu A Dinh scholarship foundation.

The foundation has so far presented scholarships to 4,246 students with a total of around VND 3 billion.

In addition, under the sponsorship of enterprises and individuals, the foundation has co-operated with Thanh Hoa Youth Union to build the Ngoc Lac primary school in Thanh Hoa province.

On this occasion the foundation announced that Petrolimex has become its tenth sponsor, with VND 150 million a year.
