As reported by the criminal, he found a technical problem on the MoET’s website and wanted to play a trick by replacing the picture of MoET Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan with a naked man.

It was not until 5pm the same day, about three hours after the incident, that MoET’s network administrators and technicians were able to fix the problem and restore the whole system to normal.

According to Mr. Quach Tuan Ngoc, Director of the MoET’s Informatics Centre, no data was destroyed except the modification of the MoET minister’s photo.
