Health care companies join expo in HCM City

VietNamNet Bridge - Vietnamese and foreign companies will showcase their products and services in the pharmaceutical and health care industry at an exhibition in HCM City on Sept. 20.

The four-day event, hosted by the Ministry of Public Health and organised by Vietfair, will highlight the health care industry's integration into the world economy.

More than 200 booths of 100 companies from Vietnam, mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Germany, the UK and the US, will feature pharmaceutical products and materials as well as equipment.

Laboratories, treatment instruments, and hospital waste-handling technology will also be displayed.

There will be a seminar on Vietnam's health care accession into the World Trade Organisation on Sept. 20
